fig. a will gladly accept returns on unworn items with original tags and a sales receipt within 7 days of purchase. Returns must be postmarked within 7 days from delivery of your order.

All marked-down items are final sale.

Exchanges will be accepted in-store only, on unworn items with tags, up to 14 days from the original purchase.

We will not be able to accept returns that do not meet these criteria. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. 

We do have some items that are final sale and not eligible for return: all skincare, makeup, hats, hair accessories, earrings, bodysuits, intimates.
